This class offers a safe, beginner friendly space to learn self-defense. Classes will focus on developing your external confidence (practical application) and internal confidence (mental focus). You’ll leave class with techniques to guide your decisions during a physical altercation.

I’m excited to bring self defense to OutWellness. I’ll be sharing practical skills I’ve learned from nearly 10 years of martial arts experience. As a transgender man, my goal is to empower folks to feel safe and protected in their body.
