A gentle slow to moderate paced yoga class focused on regulating the nervous system through functional movements that expand our nervous systems capacity and deepen the flexibility of our connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons and fascia rather than just the muscles. This class is an invitation for us to move together in community and celebrate all bodies at all experience levels informed by trauma sensitivity & radical self-acceptance.

About the Instructor: Iris is a queer artist of many mediums, herbalist, and trauma-informed yoga teacher driven by a passion for integrating functional accessible movement into our modern lives by sharing tools and practices that help us regulate our nervous system. 

Frequency: Every 2 Weeks

Cost: FREE for members, $20 for non-members
