Advocacy & Lobbying

OutWellness advocates. We engage directly with lawmakers — and alongside partners like Equality Texas — to oppose anti-transgender legislation and to advance the health, safety, and civil rights of LGBTQ+ people.

We do this responsibly: we lobby only to contribute to a positive impact on society, our positions are grounded in reliable and scientific evidence, and we never make financial or in-kind contributions to candidates, parties, or PACs.
