  • Dumbbells (adjustable weight recommended)

Description
Sets and Reps
Reverse Flies
Stand bent over with a slight bend in your knees, hold a weight in each hand, and lift your arms out to the sides while keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
4 Sets of 8 Reps each
3-Way Curls
Hold a weight in each hand, perform a regular bicep curl, then curl halfway up for a few reps, and finish with hammer curls where your palms face each other.
4 Sets of 5 Reps each side
Side Plank Taps
Get into a side plank position with your body in a straight line, lift your top leg, and tap your top foot in front of and behind your bottom foot while keeping your core engaged.
4 Sets of 12 Reps each leg
